These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases of AnimToon software licences and related digital products made through animtoon.app.
AnimToon is published and sold by WEBCORP SARL, whose full legal information is available on the Legal Notice page.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms before completing the purchase.
1. Products
AnimToon is digital animation software supplied electronically.
Different editions, platforms and licences may include different features, limitations, export formats, resolutions or activation rights.
The product purchased is the product described on the relevant AnimToon product or pricing page at the time the order is placed.
Purchasing AnimToon grants a licence to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property rights.
Use of AnimToon is governed separately by the AnimToon End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
2. Prices
Prices are those displayed on animtoon.app when the order is confirmed.
The final amount payable, including applicable taxes, is shown before payment.
WEBCORP SARL may change its prices at any time. Such changes do not affect orders already completed.
3. Orders
Before confirming an order, the customer can review the selected product, price and information entered and correct any errors.
An order is completed once:
- the customer confirms the purchase;
- these Terms are accepted;
- payment is successfully authorised.
An order confirmation is sent electronically to the email address provided by the customer.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Available payment methods are those displayed during checkout and may include third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider according to its own terms and security procedures.
WEBCORP SARL may refuse or suspend an order in the event of payment failure, suspected fraud, unauthorised payment or clearly abnormal use of the purchasing system.
5. Digital Delivery
AnimToon is supplied digitally. No physical product is shipped.
After successful payment, the customer receives access to the purchased product through the method indicated at checkout, which may include:
- a download link;
- a customer account;
- a licence key;
- an activation system.
Access is normally provided promptly after payment confirmation.
Temporary delays may occur because of payment verification, maintenance, security checks or technical incidents.
6. Licence and Activations
The rights granted by an AnimToon purchase are defined by the applicable EULA and the product information displayed at the time of purchase.
A licence may be subject to technical activation and a maximum number of authorised activations.
Licence keys and activation rights must not be shared, resold or used to circumvent the licensing system unless expressly permitted by the applicable licence.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing remotely normally benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Specific rules apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium.
Where a customer requests immediate access to AnimToon before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost only if the legally required conditions are fulfilled, including the customer’s prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. Accordingly, where these conditions have been validly accepted and access to the digital content has begun, a customer cannot rely on the withdrawal right solely because they have changed their mind.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the separate AnimToon Refund Policy and by applicable consumer law.
A commercial refund may be refused where access to the digital content has begun and the customer has validly waived the statutory right of withdrawal.
Nothing in the Refund Policy or these Terms limits mandatory statutory rights.
9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content and digital services.
Where AnimToon does not conform to the contract, the consumer may be entitled, depending on the circumstances, to:
- have the product brought into conformity;
- receive an appropriate price reduction;
- terminate the contract and obtain reimbursement.
Any mandatory rights granted by French or applicable consumer law remain unaffected by these Terms.
10. Updates
AnimToon may receive updates including bug fixes, compatibility improvements, security updates and feature changes.
Updates required to maintain legal conformity will be supplied in accordance with applicable law.
Customers should install updates made available to them where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility or continued operation.
11. System Requirements
Customers are responsible for checking the supported platforms and technical requirements indicated on animtoon.app before purchasing.
Compatibility may depend on the operating system, hardware, graphics capabilities, memory, storage and drivers used.
This does not limit statutory rights where a product fails to meet compatibility information provided before purchase.
12. Customer Content
Drawings, animations and other creative work produced by the customer using AnimToon remain the customer’s content.
WEBCORP SARL does not acquire ownership of a user’s artwork merely because AnimToon was used to create it.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that content they import, use or distribute does not infringe third-party rights.
13. Personal Data
Personal data relating to orders, accounts, payments, licences and support is processed in accordance with the separate AnimToon Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
Where the customer is a consumer residing in another country, this choice does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protections that apply under applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
The Terms applicable to an order are those accepted by the customer at the time the order is placed.
WEBCORP SARL may update these Terms for future purchases to reflect changes to AnimToon, commercial practices or applicable law.
Changes do not retroactively modify completed purchases unless required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.
